Founder of Madam Partum and Managing Director of Chien Chi Tow Healthcare

Yen Lim, IBCLC, is the Founder of Madam Partum and Managing Director of Chien Chi Tow Healthcare, a Traditional Chinese Medicine healthcare group established in Singapore since 1969.

With over 20 years of experience in TCM healthcare and wellness, Yen is passionate about supporting mothers through their perinatal period and breastfeeding. She combines lactation care with postpartum confinement and TCM practices to promote maternal recovery, breastfeeding success, and overall wellbeing.

As both an IBCLC and TCM wellness practitioner, Yen advocates for greater understanding of how traditional confinement practices can be adapted in a safe, relevant, and evidence-informed manner to support breastfeeding and maternal wellbeing. She hopes to foster meaningful dialogue between traditional wisdom and modern healthcare, while preserving the cultural practices that continue to shape postpartum care across Asia.
