 e. The following cancellation policy is designed to be fair to participants
  while allowing us to manage conference planning responsibly.\n1. General\n
 All ticket purchases for the Southeast Asia Breastfeeding Conference 2026 (
 SEABC 2026) are subject to the terms and conditions set out below. By compl
 eting a ticket purchase\, you agree to be bound by these terms.\n2. Ticket 
 Cancellation by Participant\n\nAll cancellation requests must be submitted 
 in writing to the conference secretariat.\nCancellations received on or bef
 ore 31 August 2026 are eligible for an 80% refund of the ticket price.\nCan
 cellations received between 1 September and 31 October 2026 are eligible fo
 r a 50% refund.\nCancellations received on or after 1 November 2026 are not
  eligible for a refund.Refund percentages exclude payment gateway transacti
 on fees\, which are non-refundable.\n\n3. Ticket Transfers\nTickets may be 
 transferred to another participant at no additional cost up to 10 November 
 2026\, subject to notification and approval by the organisers. Transfers re
 quested after this date may not be accommodated due to administrative and s
 ecurity requirements.\n4. Event Cancellation or Postponement\nIf SEABC 2026
  is cancelled by the organisers\, ticket holders will be offered either:\n\
 na full refund\, or\nthe option to transfer their ticket to a rescheduled e
 vent or future conference.\n\nIf the event is postponed\, tickets will rema
 in valid for the new dates unless a refund is requested within the timefram
 e communicated by the organisers.\n5. Force Majeure\nThe organisers shall n
 ot be liable for failure to perform obligations where such failure results 
 from circumstances beyond reasonable control\, including but not limited to
  acts of God\, public health emergencies\, government restrictions\, or oth
 er unforeseen events. In such cases\, refund or transfer arrangements will 
 be communicated in good faith.\n6. Refund Processing\nApproved refunds will
  be processed via the original payment method through HitPay. Please allow 
 14–21 working days for refunds to be completed.\n7. Amendments\nThe organ
 isers reserve the right to make reasonable amendments to the programme\, sp
 eakers\, or schedule where necessary. Such changes do not constitute ground
 s for a refund.\n8. Governing Law\nThese terms and conditions are governed 
 by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore.
