 \n									\n					We understand that plans can change. The following cancel
 lation policy is designed to be fair to participants while allowing us to m
 anage conference planning responsibly.\n1. General\nAll ticket purchases fo
 r the Southeast Asia Breastfeeding Conference 2026 (SEABC 2026) are subject
  to the terms and conditions set out below. By completing a ticket purchase
 \, you agree to be bound by these terms.\n2. Ticket Cancellation by Partici
 pant\n\nAll cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to the confe
 rence secretariat.\nCancellations received on or before 31 August 2026 are 
 eligible for an 80% refund of the ticket price.\nCancellations received bet
 ween 1 September and 31 October 2026 are eligible for a 50% refund.\nCancel
 lations received on or after 1 November 2026 are not eligible for a refund.
 Refund percentages exclude payment gateway transaction fees\, which are non
 -refundable.\n\n \n3. Ticket Transfers\nTickets may be transferred to anot
 her participant at no additional cost up to 10 November 2026\, subject to n
 otification and approval by the organisers. Transfers requested after this 
 date may not be accommodated due to administrative and security requirement
 s.\n4. Event Cancellation or Postponement\nIf SEABC 2026 is cancelled by th
 e organisers\, ticket holders will be offered either:\n\na full refund\, or
 \nthe option to transfer their ticket to a rescheduled event or future conf
 erence.\n\nIf the event is postponed\, tickets will remain valid for the ne
 w dates unless a refund is requested within the timeframe communicated by t
 he organisers.\n5. Force Majeure\nThe organisers shall not be liable for fa
 ilure to perform obligations where such failure results from circumstances 
 beyond reasonable control\, including but not limited to acts of God\, publ
 ic health emergencies\, government restrictions\, or other unforeseen event
 s. In such cases\, refund or transfer arrangements will be communicated in 
 good faith.\n6. Refund Processing\nApproved refunds will be processed via t
 he original payment method through HitPay. Please allow 14–21 working day
 s for refunds to be completed.\n7. Amendments\nThe organisers reserve the r
 ight to make reasonable amendments to the programme\, speakers\, or schedul
 e where necessary. Such changes do not constitute grounds for a refund.\n8.
  Governing Law\nThese terms and conditions are governed by and construed in
  accordance with the laws of Singapore.
