General\nAll ticket purchases for the Southeast Asia Breastfeeding Conf erence 2026 (SEABC 2026) are subject to the terms and conditions set out be low. By completing a ticket purchase\, you agree to be bound by these terms .\n2. Ticket Cancellation by Participant\n\nAll cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to the conference secretariat.\nCancellations recei ved on or before 31 August 2026 are eligible for an 80% refund of the ticke t price.\nCancellations received between 1 September and 31 October 2026 ar e eligible for a 50% refund.\nCancellations received on or after 1 November 2026 are not eligible for a refund.Refund percentages exclude payment gate way transaction fees\, which are non-refundable.\n\n \n3. Ticket Transfers \nTickets may be transferred to another participant at no additional cost u p to 10 November 2026\, subject to notification and approval by the organis ers. Transfers requested after this date may not be accommodated due to adm inistrative and security requirements.\n4. Event Cancellation or Postponeme nt\nIf SEABC 2026 is cancelled by the organisers\, ticket holders will be o ffered either:\n\na full refund\, or\nthe option to transfer their ticket t o a rescheduled event or future conference.\n\nIf the event is postponed\, tickets will remain valid for the new dates unless a refund is requested wi thin the timeframe communicated by the organisers.\n5. Force Majeure\nThe o rganisers shall not be liable for failure to perform obligations where such failure results from circumstances beyond reasonable control\, including b ut not limited to acts of God\, public health emergencies\, government rest rictions\, or other unforeseen events. In such cases\, refund or transfer a rrangements will be communicated in good faith.\n6. Refund Processing\nAppr oved refunds will be processed via the original payment method through HitP ay. Please allow 14–21 working days for refunds to be completed.\n7.
